The Creapawn Store is operated by The Creapawn Company, a New Jersey general partnership.

Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, descriptions, prices, colours, dimensions, and availability accurately.

Creapawn products may be handmade or assembled using natural materials. Minor differences in wood grain, colour, finish, engraving, construction, or appearance are normal.
We may change, discontinue, or limit products at any time.
Product Safety
Creapawn products may contain small parts. Customers must follow all age recommendations, warnings, and safety information included with the product or shown on the product page.
Products marked for ages 14 and older should not be given to younger children without appropriate adult judgment and supervision.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable business concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of its associated intellectual property.
You may use, display, gift, or lawfully resell a purchased physical product. You may not reproduce, manufacture, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit protected Creapawn artwork, text, graphics, or designs without written permission.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the website to commit unlawful acts, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious software, interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or fraudulent information.

The website may contain links to Shopify, payment processors, carriers, social-media platforms, Discord, and other third-party services.
